These conditions are applied to all orders made at www.poolmania.es (hereinafter Poolmania), a domain belonging to POOLMANIA SPORTS S.L., with address in Madrid and with CIF B8688268

It is important for you to review the sale terms and conditions that appear on this website. The usage of Poolmania by the customer meets an agreement with the following general conditions and sale terms. If you do not agree with theses conditions, please do not make use of this website.

Poolmania will be able to modify or update the sale terms and conditions, taking into account possible changes in the legislation and regulations. New terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Poolmania website.

This contract will be validated from the moment that the user express their agreement by checking “I have read and accept the Use Conditions and Privacy Policy” that will allow the user the access to the registration process, necessary for the correct application of the contract.



How to make an order

The purchase process is very simple. You just have to choose the article and add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the icon and make order, choosing the payment method you prefer.



How to pay

You can pay your orders on the online shop in three different forms:

Credit Card: Visa, Master Card or American Express with our 100% secure authentication process

PayPal: it lets you make secure payment without using credit cards. For more information click here

Bank transfer: once you have finished your order process, you will receive an email with the total price of your purchase (VAT and shipping costs included) and the order number. If you choose this payment method you will have to indicate the order number in the concept of the trasfer to:

For us to proceed with your order, you will need to send us a proof of the baks transfer to info@poolmania.es or just wait until we receive the transfer. We guarantee maximum security and confidentiality in any payment method you may choose.



Payment in installments with Alma

Payment in installments or deferred is available through our partner Alma. The security of payments is guaranteed by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.

Purchase amount and installments

Only purchases between €50 and €2,500 are eligible for payment with Alma

Payments can be done in 2, 3 or 4 installments

Rates

Alma is a telepayment manager and issues an electronic certificate that will be considered as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 and following of the civil code.

Annulment

Any termination of the General Conditions of Sale between the seller and the client will lead to the termination of the General Conditions of Use between Alma and the client.



Shipping costs

These conditions are not valid for billiard tablets, slates and heavy weight goods.

Nationals

Transport costs and free shipping for orders over 149 euros in mainland Spain, and 199 euros for Balearic Islands.

International

Transport costs and free shipping for orders over 149 euros in Portugal (Mainland), Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Denmark, Slovakia, Czech Republic and the Netherlands.

For other countries, the minimum amount for free shipping varies depending on the destination country.

The costs that can arise due to customs and duties shall be paid by the buyer.



Shipping time and delivery

Products in stock

  • Delivery in Spanish Peninsula and Ballearic Islands: 24-48 hours
  • International Delivery: from 7 to 9 days

Products not in stock

  • Delivery on all targets : 15 days

Articles needing self-made

  • Depending on the material and complexity of the order of the estimated shipping time for all zones is between 30 and 45 days
  • After the purchase of this product requires self-made we will contact the customer via email or phone to inform you of the status of your purchase

Orders made from Monday to Thursday until 5:00 p.m. and Fridays until 3:00 p.m., will be shipped on the same day.
All orders made from that time will be shipped from the next business day.
There are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and the Community of Madrid.


Warranty

All products in our online shop have 2 year warranty from the manufacturer for manufacturing defects

The warranty will be invalidated in the following circumstances:

  • Bad installation from customer
  • Damage made by natural causes, such as fire or flooding
  • Inadequate transport by customer


Returning an item

If once you receive your order you are not completely satisfied with it, you have FOURTEEN DAYS counting from the reception date to solve it. The buyer will pay the shipping costs for the devolution

For the returning, the product must be in perfect conditions, in its original packaging and if applicable, with the promotional gifts included. Once the product has been received and checked, the refund will be made in a maximum period of 30 days in the payment method chosen on the order.

In any case, we will admit the return of products for manufacturing defects, being Poolmania in charge of shipping costs, as long as you communicate this circumstance in the period of seven days counting from the reception date at the email address info@poolmania.es.

You will have to send the package with its original packaging to the address that appears on the bill.

In case that this return procedure is not applied, you will not have the right to make any claim for non-conformity or apparent defect of the goods received.



Claims for goods damage

When you receive your order, be sure that all the material you receive is in perfect condition.

In case of damage or breakage of an article you must send photos of the good and packaging with a sticker on the carrier to Poolmania email info@poolmania.es no later than 24 hours after you received the goods.

After receiving the photos, Poolmania will do a part of incident to demand the reinstatement of the article, and if accepted, will proceed to ship the same goods to the customer without extra cost.



Protection of Personal Data

In Poolmania, data collection and processing is carried out under security to prevent loss, tampering or unauthorized access.

To purchase at the online shop or access determined services, you must register your personal data and choose a password that will let you access all those areas that require a previous identification.

In the registration process, your personal data become part of the database of Poolmania, which is only used to process your orders, as well as to send you, if requested, information on offers and services thar might be of your interest.

In any moment you will be able to modify your registration information or request your password reminder.

In compliance with Article 5 of Law 15/1999 of December 12, regarding Personal Data Protection, as a Poolmania client, you can at all times exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing an email to info@poolmania.es
